I am pleased to announce that Diane Verzella, owner of Preferred Partner Search (#3926), has been appointed as the new leader of the Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations practice group.
Diane has been recruiting for a decade, and started Preferred Partner Search about 4 years ago. Prior to recruiting, Diane spent 20+ years in Manufacturing and Operations leadership. She specializes in Manufacturing and OEM, placing candidates and managing clients regionally, nationally and internationally.
Since joining NPA in 2023, Diane has done 20+ NPA splits, include 14 last year! Diane has attended NPA’s in-person and virtual meetings, so she knows the value of meeting your partners and building those relationships both face-to-face and via NPA's monthly zoom calls.
Please give Diane a warm welcome and join her on the Group calls on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2PM US Eastern / 1PM Central.
