At NPAworldwide, we are continuously seeking ways to enhance collaboration and drive more successful partnerships among our members. We’re excited to announce a pilot partnership with Role Relay, a cutting-edge recruitment collaboration platform designed to streamline agency-to-agency connections and increase the volume and efficiency of fee-split placements.
What is Role Relay?
Role Relay is a technology-driven collaboration tool built specifically for recruitment agencies. It seamlessly integrates with leading ATS platforms, including JobAdder, Bullhorn, Vincere, Broadbean, and Idibu, or can be used as a standalone platform. The platform enables recruiters to:
Automate Agency Introductions – Get matched with potential partners based on recruitment specializations, geographic needs, and collaboration history. This in no way replaces the personal relationships that are a hallmark of NPAworldwide; it simply facilitates introductions between potential partners.
Access a Collaborative Job Board & Candidate Pool – Share and discover roles and candidates with trusted NPAworldwide partners.
Streamline Partner Interactions – Utilize Role Relay’s technology to facilitate partnerships, track placements, and increase splits within the network.
Protect Your Data – Role Relay ensures that your commercial IP and client/candidate details remain secure, only sharing data when you choose.
How the Pilot Works
We are launching a six-month pilot in three stages, starting with a select group of firms chosen by NPAworldwide:
Stage One – A closed test with 10 pre-selected NPAworldwide agencies in Australia to refine the platform.
Stage Two – If successful, the pilot will expand to 50–100 NPAworldwide agencies globally to assess scalability.
Stage Three – Pending results, we may consider a full network rollout.
Why This Matters for Our Network
This pilot aligns with NPAworldwide’s mission to facilitate stronger member-to-member connections, improve efficiency, and drive more revenue-generating opportunities. By leveraging Role Relay’s automation and AI-powered matching, we aim to make split placements even easier and more effective.
We will be closely monitoring the success of this initiative, focusing on:
Increased agency connections – More introductions leading to real collaboration.
Higher split placement volume – More successful shared deals.
Better efficiency and engagement – Streamlined processes to save time and maximize results.
What’s Next?
The pilot will run for six months, with ongoing evaluation to determine whether Role Relay is a tool that could benefit our wider membership.
Stay tuned for updates as we track progress and share insights from the participating agencies! If successful, this could be a game-changer for how NPAworldwide members collaborate.
