Dear Nicky,

I am new to NPAworldwide and just recently started using the NPAjobboard. I received an email letting me know that I had an applicant for one of my positions but it doesn't give me any information about the person's salary, relocation or work location preference (remote/onsite/hybrid). Where do I find this information?

Dear Posting,

Thanks for writing. When you receive an application via the NPAjobboard, we send you an email verification message so that you have a record of the applicant. Since most applicants on the NPAjobboard are not registered users, there is no stored record that you can look up. Please keep this email where you can easily retrieve it.

The email notification includes the following detail:

  • the candidate's name and location details
  • the candidate's resume/cv is attached to the email. In addition, there is a link to the resume/cv in the body of the email application
  • your financial obligation to NPAworldwide should you place the candidate

NPAworldwide does not screen these candidates for you. For specific information such as relocation or remote work preferences, you must contact the candidate directly. You can click reply and list your questions in an email. You can also call the candidate to speak to them directly. Please be sure to acknowledge every applicant you receive from the NPAjobboard. Not doing so is harmful to our reputation. Lack of response is likely to lead to a reduction in future applications.

Nicky
