As you know, when you post on NPAmarketplace, we offer an option to place your job on the NPAjobboard. It is expected that there is something unique about your job. For example, it is a low fee job that members would not work, it is a job you have been unable to gain support or candidates for from network partners, or you are doing a job on the edges of our typical executive professional focus. That is something we count on you to make a smart decision on. The NPAjobboard is not intended to replace member-to-member partnerships.

A second and important issue is compliance with current laws and regulations. As an example, we had a job posted in NYC that referenced the need for a background check. That is illegal prior to job offer and the penalty is close to $20,000 for violations that come to the attention of the NYC Human Rights Commission. An attorney contacted NPAworldwide to inform us of the violation. We passed this directly through to the job posting member. They settled it before being turned over to the NYCHRC for something close to $5,000. This is a painful lesson to learn for all.

We hope that you find our NPAjobboard helpful. You only pay for candidates that are successfully placed in a job. The Job Board fee is 12% of the fee collect from your client.
