The Operations Manual forbids inclusion of contact information on NPA Job Board postings. The reason is that inclusion of contact info allows candidates to circumvent the use of the Job Board. In these cases, the procuring cause, the Job Board, would not be known or recognized. Jobs that contain contact information will be removed from the Job Board and the offending member may be further restricted from use of the Job Board.

The NPA Job Board is a contingent model where members only pay a fee when a successful placement is achieved. The network invests members' money into the advertising. The goal is for this to be a break-even outcome for the network. Providing contact details allows candidates a method to circumvent the system. This value -added tool for members will be impossible to support unless applications flow through the planned channels and credit and income is properly associated with the NPA Job Board’s success. Thanks for keeping it viable.
