I cannot help but notice the job titles members are using to describe what a person does or what the job is for. This is (and has ALWAYS been) a searchable field, so give a good sense of the job or what the person does.
Do not use "made-up" job titles from the company that no one has ever heard of before. Make sure your trading partners (or candidates) can tell before ever opening the record what it is about. Ex: Production Manager, of what? How about: Production Manager- Automotive or Production Manager- Chemicals, etc. Doesn’t that make a lot more sense? Another one I see frequently is Sales Engineer or Business Development. Of what? If they need to have experience in Chemical or Finance list it. Sales Engineer - Finance.
