Do you have jobs that you are not filling?? Here are some tips to help
- POST- I know I am stating the obvious
- Get on Practice Group or Area Leader calls and talk about the jobs
- Call members that work this area and ask for help
- Reach out to your engagement specialist for help
- Make sure your job is “easy to read” and understandable, don’t use just what the client sent you
- The ‘Notes to Members’ section- Transparency is important here. Make sure and give an exporter all the info you can, this will lead to better results!
