I read through some of the jobs posted and think to myself members need to be reminded that Less is More..
The phrase less is more means that having just the essential things is better than having way too much information to read through. It allows you to focus on what matters first and helps your partners and candidates focus on the important things.
I tell members all the time that NO ONE READ PARAGRAGHS. Candidates you want are working full time, have a family at home and do not spend 8 hours job hunting. Recruiters are running ten different directions at once and do not read long paragraphs either.
