I hear members talk about business development and marketing to both clients and candidates. When it comes down to it, recruiting is all about how you market yourself and your skills. Stand out, be seen, and show others what you are made of and what YOU bring to the table.
This is true when working with your NPAworldwide Partners as well; you need to market yourself.  There are lot of tips on how to do this but let’s start with three
  1. Fill in your profile- If you have an incomplete profile, you are unsearchable to the network.
    1. Take advantage of Marketplace and go out and update your Recruiter Profile and make sure others in your office do the same.

2. Post records- Resumes/CV’s or job orders- Our most successful members in NPAworldwide put their records into the system…Entering a candidate into Marketplace takes five minutes or less and does two things:
               - Keeps your name in front of your trading partners
               - Goes out in Search Alerts for members to see what you do
You may never place a candidate or fill a job order with a record you put in Marketplace but you do get calls because of them. If you are not putting records in Marketplace you are virtually invisible to your trading partners.

3. Market your NPAworldwide membership
            - There is a lot of good marketing material on NPA-Central under documents.
