They say behind every great man is a great woman, but in NPAworldwide's case Dave has 7 amazing women - Veronica, Kelsea, Chris, Sarah, Marcia, Liz and Kristen.

This week we celebrated International Women's Day and to the incredible women who run our network - we salute you. They have managed to adjust to the pandemic without skipping a  beat. The network has run as smoothly as ever, despite a variety of curveballs being thrown at it. Covid decided to take off in the middle of our New Orleans conference yet Veronica managed to smoothly run the event and skillfully mitigate any losses.

The team has been stoic and proactive. Kelsea even found time to get engaged, Sarah to start a family and Kristen to move to a full-time role covering Australia and Asia.

NPAworldwide is in great shape financially. Thanks to some prudent investments from our Finance Committee and Treasurer Jim Lyons, we have a record sum in reserves (even with everyone getting a month's free dues last  April).

Splits are increasing, networking meetings are taking place both online and face-to-face in places like Australia.

Despite the pandemic, NPAworldwide is rolling out new projects. The MemberNova integration (NPA Central) has been a great success and saved a mountain of data entry and duplication for the staff, freeing them up to work more on member success. The next sharing tool is being scoped out by the Tech Committee and looks very exciting (more news to follow).

I am very excited about the Owner Roundtables led by Jim Lyons. This is a new concept where members can benefit from the experience and opportunity to brainstorm issues that are keeping them up at night. I know private companies charge up to $15,000 a year for similar projects that we are receiving for free. This is not about splits or even NPA business- the aim is purely on crowdsourcing ideas to help your business.

So things are on the move to benefit us all. Thanks Dave and to your team of wonderful professionals - thank you for your hard work and you deserve to be recognised every day.

Happy splitting.
