Dear Nicky,

I regularly post my jobs and I wish there was a way to easily notify all my partners when a job has been filled, closed, put on hold, etc. I would hate for anyone to waste time sourcing candidates for a job that really doesn't exist. Can this be considered as a future enhancement?

We actually have a great new option that members can take advantage of! Members can easily create an Alert that focuses on the Job Status field - this will send a daily alert of jobs that match the status criteria you select. I recommend selecting Target Date Expired, Closed, On Hold, and Cancelled:

You can add additional criteria to your alert if needed, but this is a great way to get a quick notification about no-longer-open roles before you spend any time working on them. Of course, as a general practice, we always recommend that you confirm the job status with your partner *before* beginning any search activities.
