The next Biomedical/Med Device/Pharma Practice Group call will be on December 5th at 10:30AM EST. This will be the second meeting for this group’s new practice leader, Samantha “Sam” Moore, and we hope you can join her. Sam founded her company, Medical Engineers & Scale Up People (NPA 8662) in 2008. They focus on the HealthTech market, specifically around research & development of medical devices. Most of their activity is in the US, Canada, the UK and Ireland. Sam as well as her teams in the UK, Vancouver and Houston are very active in NPA, attending conferences and meetings as well as making split placements since joining NPA 2 years ago. She has plans to make the group more successful and hopes to add new members. Sam has a Mechanical Engineering degree and has experience in medical device development. When she is not recruiting, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves getting outdoors to ride horses and hike.
