You are likely aware that we migrated to a new provider for NPA Central back in August 2020, but you may not be aware that you should set up a new safe sender to help ensure email delivery.

Email delivery continues to get more and more complex as companies seek to reduce or eliminate spam, viruses, and other malware. To help ensure you aren't missing important news, events, and updates from NPAworldwide, please add @membernova.email as a safe sender within your email client. This is a completely new provider so if you have not already created this safe sender, please do so. Most email delivery issues can be resolved simply by letting your email client know which email you want to receive.

On rare occasions, you may also need to ask your IT administrator to adjust your spam settings as well.
