Fastpoke allows every recruiter to list themselves and showcase their specialties on their profile. With these profiles, recruiters can receive written referrals from employers and candidates they have worked with simply by sending them a custom link. They can also sync their work calendar with the platform and set times for employers and candidates to request calls. Recruiters can then accept or decline call requests as they come in. A month or two after every call Fastpoke will send a notification to touch base and reconnect.
The platform is relationship-focused and therefore beneficial to recruiters, candidates, and employers alike. Fastpoke is seeking early adopters as they just launched weeks ago.
