I tell members all the time they need to make sure they are visible to their NPAworldwide partners, and to do this you need a SEARCHABLE profile, and you need to post records.
By searchable profile, I mean you have buzzwords and job titles in there that you want to be found under -- so if someone searches recruiters who place electrical engineers or machine learning, you come up. Make sure your locations worked are up-to-date, as well as what you contribute (candidates, jobs, or both).
By posting records, I mean posting RELEVANT jobs and candidates. I have been noticing high-dollar candidates in areas where I have not seen high-dollar jobs. Look at the types of jobs that are being posted versus the candidates that you are posting.
Get your name out there so you can be seen and heard!!
