I've heard there is a new mobile app. I'm interested in learning more - sounds like a great tool, but I'm not very app-savvy. Is there any help available?

Thanks for writing! We are so excited about the release of NPAconnect - it gives members a single platform to access everything NPA-related in a real-time environment. We have a video overview (17 minutes long) that walks through the menu and features. And of course, our staff is happy to assist with member questions as we all get used to, and embrace, this new tool. Over time, we will be moving to a more app-first experience for users. Our WhatsApp community will be discontinued at the end of 2025, so we strongly encourage members move over to the app now to become familiar with it well ahead of that deadline.
