We are implementing an automatic logoff protocol to NPAmarketplace to improve site security. This enhancement will be launched on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. The auto logoff is intended to prevent unauthorized access to NPAmarketplace during periods of inactivity, as many records contain sensitive information about clients, candidates, or members. The automatic logoff will be triggered at midnight (in the user's local time zone) if a session is inactive.
This procedure will be based on the recruiter's location. By default, the recruiter location in NPAmarketplace is the SAME as the firm's location. If you work remotely, please check your recruiter profile to ensure that your location is correct. To check this information:
- Go to https://npaworldwide.com and select Member Login
- Enter your user name and password
- Select NPAmarketplace powered by Oorwin in the splits dashlet
- Click the down arrow to the right of your profile picture in the upper right corner and select My Profile & Preferences
- Review the Country, City, State and Zip/Postal code fields and click Update
