Each year, NPAworldwide recognizes high-performing member firms through the Top 25 Firms award and outstanding recruiters through the Top 25 Recruiters award. While these programs are outlined in the Operations Manual and awards documentation, they do not require specific rewards or financial incentives. Historically, dues credits have been applied as a Board-approved operational incentive rather than a formal policy requirement.
As NPAworldwide continues to strengthen its financial position and invest in key priorities—including technology enhancements, member engagement, marketing, training, and staff resources—it is important to periodically re-evaluate discretionary incentives. This is especially true for those with increasing costs but limited strategic return.
Eliminating dues credits allows the organization to reduce recurring discretionary expenses and redirect those resources into high-impact initiatives that directly support NPAworldwide’s core focus: generating split fees. Following is an outline of the approved awards structure for 2026:
