We all know Covid changed the way we look at in-person meetings. I think most feel comfortable now working from home and using Zoom, TEAMS, Google Meet etc to connect with others.
While I think video calls are great for getting to know folks a bit it DOES NOT replace shaking their hand and getting a feel for what they are all about. Let's face it video calls are really one-dimensional but meeting someone face to face can change your perspective.
We have a lot of Area Meetups happening and not seeing a lot of sign-ups which is very disappointing. These meetings are an investment in your success within the network, just ask any top producer and they will agree. We have many stories to back this up. So, in closing what I will say is, whenever possible go to a meeting it is money well spent.
