I used to get email notifications when I had new candidate applications from the job board, but I haven't seen any lately. What's going on?

Some things have changed! With the rollout of NPAmarketplace, we have also had to replace the old job board (which was attached to Matchmaker). The new job board is live now at a brand-new domain, https://jobs.npaworldwide.com. Learn more about the job board here.
To ensure you are receiving notifications, including candidate applications, please make sure to add the following subdomain as a safe sender in your email client: @messages.npaworldwide.com ... and look in your spam/junk folders over the past week or so to see if that's where your notifications have been landing.
While we're on the subject of whitelisting, please also add @membernova.email as a safe sender - this will make sure you get items like the Vignette, meeting announcements and other important information from NPAworldwide. If you're not sure what we've been sending out, take a look at the Communications tab on your NPAcentral profile.
