Every recruiter who participates in NPAworldwide activity, whether splits, joining calls, attending F2F meetings, or something else, must have an active account in NPA Central, including a passing score on the required Ethics Quiz. Members are not permitted to share login credentials. Additionally, all email addresses must include the company name, such as name@companyname.com or companyname@gmail.com. Contract recruiters must also list the NPA member firm as an employer on their LinkedIn and other public profiles. In a trust- and relationship-based network like NPAworldwide, it's critical that everyone is following a single set of shared rules and that every partner is visible in our shared database.
