I placed a candidate with my NPA partner and the candidate started. I noticed today they are still listed on NPAmarketplace. Isn't there an auto-delete feature that removes those?

No, NPAmarketplace does not automatically take placed candidates off of the system. That is the responsibility of the candidate-side recruiter. If you don't want to delete the candidate, you can use the Candidate Status field to select Placed or Not Available from the value list:
