It’s a good idea to have a sense of where you’re headed in the New Year. I am not one to make New Year's Resolutions but do believe in planning.
Planning for your NPA success is always a good way to start 😊
OK maybe I am a bit biased, but truthfully I hear members say they are too busy to work NPA. To me that is the best time; share your jobs and you may be surprised at the quality and speed in which you can find talent. Another is "I don’t have any jobs right now" again, a great time to be in NPA and work on other members' jobs. We are in a candidate-short market and if you can find talent, share it!!!
