The Annual Owners Meeting is just over a month away, on Thursday, 7th March at 7PM US ET. All owners are strongly encouraged to attend this important event and participate in the governance of your member-owned network.
In addition to the annual business meeting (including election of new directors), the agenda will feature:
- Introduction of our new president, Kerry Crockett
- Presentation of the Community Service Award
- Recognition of outgoing directors Carola Chard, Roman Duty, and Tim Lane
- Board of Directors Update and Owners Forum, including the following discussion topics:
- Market Review and Growth Opportunities
- NPAmarketplace and Technology Committee
- International Business and Expat Membership
If you are not able to join the live session, please ensure that you submit your proxy ahead of the February 26th deadline so that your vote can be counted. Proxies are granted electronically to our secretary/treasurer, Patti Steen, who will cast your vote on your behalf. Proxies were distributed over the past few days to all Voting Member firms.
