For those of you using the NPAjobboard, please acknowledge the applicants who apply to your jobs.
The applicants do not know who NPAworldwide is, but non-responsive organizations get a bad reputation. So NPAworldwide's reputation will be harmed due to a lack of a response. See this link to the findings for a Conference Board survey. The Survey pertains to interviews but the same is true for applicants. One no response can stop further applications.
