NPA staff used to say to members with jobs if you post them, they will come. I would say that is NOT the case any longer. We have consistently over the last year + had more jobs than candidates.
With that said I would say that you need to be posting all your good candidates in NPA. For Importers (Job Recruiters) this means you as well. We can all help each other by getting more candidates in the system and there is no better time to start than now!
