If you are sharing jobs on NPAmarketplace, the posting options are:
• NPAmarketplace Only - You NEED and are WILLING TO ACCEPT HELP FROM members BEFORE looking for other ways to fill the opening.
• NPAmarketplace and Job Board - You need and are willing to accept help from other members AND you are also open to receiving candidates directly from the job board.
• Job Board Only - Not looking for membership help (e.g. low fee makes this less than an attractive split placement opportunity).
This shouldn’t be ambiguous, if you post a job to either "NPAmarketplace only" or "NPAmarketplace and Job Board" you MUST be willing to accept candidates from other members and respond on a timely basis to phone calls or emails for more information.
