The search for our next President of NPAworldwide has begun.
As a first step, members of the original Presidential Search Committee recently met to reflect on the previous search process and refine the experience, leadership qualities, and skills needed for success in this critical role. The insights from that discussion and additional feedback from staff will help shape the position profile and the approach we will take moving forward.
Selection of the new Search Committee will be finalized this week. The committee will be made up of the Executive Committee and members who bring a range of perspectives, experience, and understanding of NPAworldwide.
Our goal is to have the new President in place by October 1st. While we are committed to moving the process forward efficiently, we are equally committed to making the right decision. If, by that date, we have not identified a strong candidate who has the leadership experience and qualities needed to successfully guide NPAworldwide into the future, we will take the additional time necessary to find the right person.
