We're really excited about this event and all the opportunities available to experience Thai culture!
First, the conference will get underway with an optional tour of the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and Meklong Railway Market. The tour will last approximately 6 hours and includes lunch. The Floating Market is found along one of the longest and straightest canals in Thailand and features a variety of market stalls. The Meklong Railway Market is held directly along, and in some cases ON, a still-functioning railroad track. A train comes through the market four times each day, during which time market stalls are hastily packed up and folded away, and then re-opened when the train passes.
The actual meeting will take place on Friday, November 4th and Saturday morning, November 5th. After the meeting on Friday, we've made arrangements for group dinner at a Bangkok landmark restaurant, Cabbages & Condoms.
On Saturday evening, we are offering an optional visit to the Asiatique night market located on the Chao Phraya River.
Along with your visit to Bangkok, you and your guests may want to experience more of what Thailand has to offer.
