From time to time, you may discover that you have an invalid email address in your Outlook autocomplete list. Here is a short video (2 minutes) showing you how to delete bad addresses in your autocomplete list.

This is happening more frequently as NPA Central makes use of an email forwarding system. These emails ONLY work within NPA Central, so if you try to use them in Outlook or Gmail, you'll get an invalid email delivery failure message.

For your reference, here is the correct list of NPAworldwide staff addresses:

For those of you using an older version of Outlook, Jean-Marc Frion from RSI shared the instructions for cleaning this up in Outlook versions 2003, 2007, and 2010:

Step 1: assuming that your Outlook is opened, open New email message.

Step 2: start typing the wrong email address. As you are typing, potentially more email addresses will show up in the list.

Step 3: using the UP and DOWN Arrow keys on your keyboard, select the wrong email address and just press Delete (Del) on the keyboard (do not press Enter nor TAB key).
