Your reputation is the opinion that people have about how good you are. Recruiters have little else to go on so, your reputation should be everything!
If you are posting jobs to the job board and not responding to applicants, you are damaging the NETWORK's reputation. Candidates who apply to your jobs and don't get a response think NPAworldwide sucks. Job seekers only see the NPAworldwide company name. If you aren't going to respond, please don't use the job board because you're harming NPAworldwide.
I know everyone gets those candidates who apply and are not a fit but they may know people. It takes ten seconds to reply not a fit or please look at the must-haves of the job.
Having a good reputation is important for individuals and businesses in today's world. Word of mouth matters and can lead to increased revenue or on the opposite end, a bad reputation. You can have a great website and brand but if you treat people poorly it will come back to haunt you.
