When you posted your job on the system, that was a request for assistance so these are not unsolicited candidates. Did your notes say "call me before submitting any candidates?" Did you state that only partners that make live phone contact with you should submit candidates once the two of you have had a full discussion on the needed candidates? Were there any other signals that partners should not find candidates and send them to you? If you had no specific notes documenting your expectations, you need to reply to these fellow members immediately so that they stop investing effort in a worthless project. It is a good idea to be specific on your post to avoid wasted time for you or the exporters that are trying to help you complete the assignment.
