As more members have recently been working with candidates, we are seeing an increase in tech support requests related to difficulty parsing resumes. In almost every instance, the resume in question is full of logos, pictures, tables, or other images. The resume parser can ONLY read text. Resumes that are filled with images will not parse correctly.

We recommend reviewing your candidates' resumes PRIOR to uploading them to Marketplace. If they contain images or tables, ask the candidate to send you a copy with those elements removed.
