A few weeks ago, I got an email from a recruiter that APPEARED to be in response to my posting in NPAmarketplace, however there was nothing in the email to indicate the sender was a member/recruiter in NPAworldwide nor did they reference NPA. I was just going to ignore it, but I looked in NPAmarketplace, did NOT see the company or recruiter name so was a bit flummoxed. I wanted to know how this person knew of my search so replied, asking who they were and how they knew of my search.

The recruiter wrote back that they found the posting in NPAmarketplace. HUH?

Subsequently an investigation by the NPAworldwide staff and Board of Directors found that the member had subcontractors working NPAworldwide jobs who were NOT listed, so could not be found in our system. That firm has since resigned. You can count on NPAworldwide staff and Board to ensure that members and recruiters abide by Bylaws and rules.

Owners - be sure you and your recruiters are listed in NPAmarketplace. Be sure to have your profiles filled out so potential split partners can look you up and feel comfortable working with you. NPAworldwide is a great resource and investment, when used properly.
