Member approved two changes to the Bylaws at the Annual Meeting last week.
The first was a change to Article 10. Finances to clarify the outcomes of a sale or liquidation of NPAworldwide. The second was a change to Article 12. Amendments of Bylaws to allow a new limited authority for the Secretary/Treasurer to make technical corrections such as page numbers without requiring members to vote on those corrections.
Please download the following documents and destroy any previous versions, which are no longer in effect:
