I have attached an updates list of locations where Salary History questions to candidates are in someway restricted or unique. It should be noted that 2 states have banned bans...Michigan and Wisconsin.
Please consider changing your questions to say something more like, "tell me about your income expectations?" or "what financial expectations need to be met with income from this position?"
