We employ a single sign-on (SSO) that allows members to login directly from NPA Central to NPAmarketplace without having to re-enter user credentials. This should be a seamless, one-step process if you:

  • Log into NPA Central (visit https://npaworldwide.com and click the Member Login button)
  • Click the link for NPAmarketplace powered by Oorwin

We have noticed that sometimes the SSO can be a bit finicky depending on which browser you use and how it manages cookies, so if you are finding that you have to enter your credentials to access NPA Central *and again* to access NPAmarketplace from within NPA Central, here are a couple of things to try:

  • On NPA Central, click the Keep Me Logged In button on the login screen
  • In NPAmarketplace, make sure your user name and password are stored. This way, if you end up on a login screen there, you can just click the Login button one more time. The whole point of the SSO is so that you don't have to take this step, but Google has changed how it handles cookies, which means that Chrome and Bing users may find that the SSO is glitchy from time to time. Our developers are at the mercy of Google to address this, so there is no timetable for when a better solution might be available.

If neither of the above steps help, please contact Veronica Blatt for assistance.
