The Board is in the process of redefining our Technology Committee to support the network’s needs moving forward. We believe there are three separate and distinct areas of focus for the future of our Tech Committee:
- NPAworldwide Systems Improvements
- NPAworldwide Systems in the FUTURE
- Industry Trends and Directions
We are interested in volunteers that would like to participate with staff and Board Leadership to cover each of these areas of focus.
NPAworldwide Systems IMPROVEMENT
This group of 4 to 5 would focus on what we have and making it better.
- We should look for volunteers that are users of the NPAmarketplace and have interest in improving that tool.
- We are in search of those who have taken the time to understand what we offer and see room for improvement. Critics that have not invested are not welcome.
- Potential Candidates: Chris Paull, Marcia Bateman, and 2 or 3 members.
NPAworldwide Systems FUTURE
This needs to be a curious and creative group of volunteers. Four to five people are likely enough.
- Technically connected and capable.
- Geographically dispersed would be advantageous.
- Practical visionaries would be ideal.
- Potential Candidates: Chris Paull, Tim Lane, and 2 or 3 more members.
Industry Technology Trends
This group needs to be aware and willing to experiment.
- Tuned in and aware of trends in the industry.
- Willing to be at the bleeding edge of what is new.
- Able to assess and evaluate new ideas, products, and services.
- Potential Candidates: James Harman, Tim Lane, and 2 more members.
