Mike O Leary mentioned this to me, and I thought it was worth sharing.

"As a recruiter I can tell you that a resume provides valuable info, but what is most valuable is a resume with a recruiter’s judgement and notes. If you have a high-level candidate pick up the phone, call those folks and get a good sense of what they do and what they want. Make sure that is included in the notes you send your NPA Partner when you send the resume."

Communication is key and more times than not members can tell by the job title and your notes if they are interested in knowing more. Share your notes with your NPA Partners right away good candidates don’t last long.
