…was very much palpable when I met our NPAworldwide partners in Banglore, along with Krishnan, last week. It was all the more special for me, for it was my very first meeting after donning the new role of Director – Asia! We must see joy in everything, right? 😊
We were on a personal trip, but it always feels great when there is an opportunity to meet any of our NPAworldwide partners, especially when they are the ones who have been holding our India flag high for quite a long time. Was happy I could meet Roland, Preetha & Prejith and share some insights, highlights & heartaches, while tucking away a tasty Burmese lunch. Missed meeting Nithya, the only other partner in Banglore, as she was travelling.
It got reiterated that there is no shortcut to success. Every successful split is primarily having the following ingredients as the backbone:
- Establishing good relationship with partners
- Transparent & clear communication
- Great questions on the jobs raised upfront by the candidate-side recruiter
- Effective & prompt feedback on the candidates by the job-side recruiter [critical to the success]
- Speedy responses
I always fall short of the apt words to describe the feeling when I am with our NPAworldwide partners. The bonds that get established for life go over & beyond the splits that is the primary goal of our network!
