I recently posted a plethora of jobs and have gotten tons of calls/emails from other members about them. I am totally overwhelmed, and I think I have enough coverage… but people won’t stop calling me. What do I do?

That is great to hear you’ve gotten a good response to your postings… that is what NPA is all about! The other thing about NPA is that it is a relationship business, and that means communicating and respecting your partners’ time and efforts. You need to respond to every person who reaches out about your jobs. If you are all set on help, you can let them know you have enough coverage, but if they come across a good candidate to send them your way. The other thing you could do is close the job on NPAmarketplace so it’s not coming up in searches. It is bad practice to ignore or ghost your partners, as that will earn you a bad reputation and make it unlikely you'll get help on future jobs.
