T—Treat your trading partner the way you want to be treated.
R—Respect others' time; it is the most important quality in recruiting.
U—Understand the job or candidate requirements before reaching out to your partner.
S—Salesmanship; make sure and sell your job and candidate to your partner. Do your homework and know your clients and candidate well.
T—Try again; don’t be afraid to fail it happens to the best of us.
The moral of this story is that members that TRUST each other work well together. Make sure and deserve that trust.
