The more trust you have with your partner and the more information you give them, the better results you will get. 
For importers, that means sharing all the information you can about the client – some members even let exporters in on calls/meetings with the hiring manager, so they can get info “from the horse’s mouth,” so everybody’s on the same page and they’re not guessing or sending off-mark candidates. Same goes for exporters – share everything you can about the candidate and their motivations. NPA is a network built on ethics and trust, which means client or candidate poaching is strictly forbidden. Our most successful members believe in the trust factor – the more info you know, the easier it is to make a split.
