Several months ago, we launched a feature that allows members to control whether other members can see your candidates' names and contact information on Matchmaker without multiple clicks. The default is that candidate contact details are NOT automatically displayed.

However, each firm has the ability to toggle this feature on/off. It is ONLY available at the firm level - in other words, you cannot have different settings for each recruiter in your office. Either all candidate records for your firm display contact details, or none of them do. Once you change the setting, it impacts all records currently on Matchmaker as well as all future records that you enter. Individuals who are Matchmaker admins have access to this feature.
