This change has prompted the introduction of fresh faces to our Area Leader roles, and I'm delighted to introduce Rosie Mamic for Victoria/Tasmania in Australia, Dani Tamati for Western Australia/South Australia, Greg Weiss for New South Wales/ACT, Sharon Justo for Queensland, Ratnesh Jain for India, David Symes for the UK, Paige Semmel taking over Southeast Central/Atlantic in the USA, Laura Labine appointed for West Pacific-USA, and Laura Schmieder leading the Mid-Atlantic-USA region. Volunteering has always been at the heart of NPAworldwide's triumph. It's our volunteers' dedication, those who are deep in the trenches within our membership, that drives our success forward. This community thrives on different roles for volunteering, much like my own beginnings as a Practice Group Leader (then known as “Trading Groups”) over 15 years ago. My contributions have not only honed my leadership and management skills but have also significantly widened my network and bolstered visibility for both myself and my firm on all scales.
