Dear Nicky,

I have a recruiter I work with who is not in NPAworldwide. I'm wondering if I can post his job to the NPAworldwide Job Board? He is willing to pay the Job Board fee.

Dear Adrian,

No, you cannot post a non-member's job to the NPAworldwide Job Board (or to Matchmaker). The Job Board is for members only. Jobs that are posted on our Job Board must be real, current jobs, and you must have a direct relationship with the client. Speculative or generic postings intended merely to solicit commonly-required candidates are not permitted.

NPAworldwide is a private, member-owned network. Members of the network agree to abide by our Membership Agreement, Operations Manual, and Bylaws. These rules do not apply to any recruiters or recruiting firms that are not part of NPAworldwide, so there is no way to protect NPAworldwide or members' assets in the event of impropriety. Please do not violate this trust by exposing any non-NPA recruiter to our systems or your partners' candidates, clients, or jobs.

Nicky
