I've never been to a Global Conference. It just really hasn't been something that has piqued my interest, but I sure hear a lot of members talking about it. How important is it, really, to attend meetings?

Meetings are a pretty big part of your NPAworldwide membership. Here are just a few reasons why:
- Members who attend meetings are more connected to NPAworldwide. They know more about what's happening and have better working relationships with our staff and volunteer leaders.
- Members who attend meetings are more likely to be successful making splits. In a relationship-based network like NPAworldwide, there is simply no substitute for live face-to-face interaction with your trading partners. This one-on-one time is how you get to know and trust a partner, which in turn translates to better outcomes.
- NPAworldwide meetings are a tremendous value. When you look at what we are offering in terms of training, education, food, and fun and compare it to what you pay (and what you get) from other recruitment conferences, it's tough to find anything close to our Global Conference.
- Members who attend meetings are meeting trading partners and making friends from all over the world. If you like to travel, our meetings give you the opportunity to see some pretty fantastic places—in 2025, we'll be in Philadelphia (USA), Prague (Czechia), Hanoi (Vietnam), and Sydney (Australia) at a minimum. It's kind of like a private travel club with business perks!
- We strive to bring in professional speakers and trainers who are experts in the latest recruitment or industry trends, on a very affordable basis. We look for speakers who work in the field facing the same challenges that you face, who offer practical tips that you can implement immediately, and who are generous with their time and knowledge.
