He has spent the past two decades focused on the evolving world of work as a practitioner, industry journalist, researcher, and marketing strategist. He's been lucky enough to speak at major conferences and podcasts, but he prefers his work behind the keyboard on major reports or for publications like Harvard Business Review, Reworked, and the dozens of others he's ghostwritten for on behalf of some amazingly smart folks.
A proud Washington State University alum, Lance is based in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and daughter, where he can usually be found on a hiking trail, at a concert, or cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Jenn Anderson began her recruiting career in 2011 and founded Prestige Recruiting Firm in 2016. She joined NPA shortly thereafter and quickly leveraged the strength of the network, making her first placement within six months. Since then, her firm has expanded across industrial automation, medical device, chemical manufacturing, and higher education markets, supporting a wide range of placements from executive leadership and sales to engineering and entry level roles.
