NPAworldwide has reserved a block of rooms at the Pan Pacific Hanoi at the discounted rate of US $130 per night for single occupancy or US $145 per night for double occupancy, plus taxes. Basic guest room wifi is available to NPAworldwide members on a complimentary basis. NPAworldwide occasionally uses photographs, video images, or company names of meeting participants in its promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance, you automatically agree to usage of your likeness and company name in such material.

Refunds and Other Policies:

• 100% refund for cancellations received by 31st July 2025  
• 50% refund for cancellations received between 1st August 2025 - 4th September 2025
• For cancellations received beginning 5th September 2025, no refunds will be provided (exceptions considered for documented illness or emergency minus a USD $50 processing fee). NPAworldwide will offer a credit for the value of the purchased ticket (minus the USD $50 cancellation processing fee) for any NPAworldwide future meeting attended within 12 months of the initial purchase.
