Hotel Reservations
NPAworldwide has reserved a block of rooms at the Pan Pacific Hanoi at the discounted rate of US $130 per night for single occupancy or US $145 per night for double occupancy, plus taxes. Basic guest room wifi is available to NPAworldwide members on a complimentary basis. This special rate is available until 2 September 2025 or until the block sells out, whichever comes first. Make reservations here. If you are arriving PRIOR to 17 September or checking out AFTER 20 September, please use the online link to book the nights you need 17-20 September, then contact the hotel directly with your confirmation number to extend your stay. Visas
Most visitors to Vietnam require a tourist visa. There is a visa waiver for some countries. Learn more here. Apply for your e-visa here. The fee is USD $25. You will need the following details:
- A good quality passport photo and first-page image
- Past passports used to enter Vietnam – in case you have updated since we went to Saigon/Ho Chi Minh
- Other passports data (for dual nationals)
- Entry and exit dates
- Travel insurance
