Hotel Reservations / Lodging Options

A small block of guest rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour. Click here to book.

• Stay dates: NPAworldwide Regional Meeting rate is available for bookings between 18-22 November Preferential rate is available to book up to 45 days prior to the arrival date. Rates are subject to availability for any bookings made after 4 October.
• Room type: Standard King Room (1 king bed or 2 single beds).
• Rate: $439 per room per night, room only rate
• Full Breakfast: $30.00 per serving if booked in advance or $40.00 on consumption
• Cancellation /no show policy: 1 night fee applies for no-shows and any cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Payment policy: 1 night non refundable deposit required 30 days prior to arrival date, remaining nights to be settled upon arrival.
• Booking guarantee: guest credit card is required at the time of the booking secure the reservation. Without a valid credit card, booking is subject to cancellation.

Photo Release/Company Release:

NPAworldwide occasionally uses photographs, video images, or company names of meeting participants in its promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance, you automatically agree to usage of your likeness and company name in such material.

Refunds and Other Policies:

• 100% refund for cancellations received by 30^th September 2025  
• 50% refund for cancellations received between 1st October 2025 - 6th November 2025
• For cancellations received beginning 7th November 2025, no refunds will be provided (exceptions considered for documented illness or emergency minus an AUD $50 processing fee). NPAworldwide will offer a credit for the value of the purchased ticket (minus the AUD $50 cancellation processing fee) for any NPAworldwide future meeting attended within 12 months of the initial purchase.

• NPAworldwide reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted to inform yourself of any changes.
• NPAworldwide reserves the right to decline registration and/or admission to any or all NPA-sponsored conferences and events.
